These terms govern your use of the GoodAlarm app ("the app"), provided by WELLPEACH ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial purposes.

2. Sleep / snore recording is for reference only

The recording and waveform features are provided to help you listen back to sounds during the night. They are for reference only and are not a medical device. The app does not diagnose, treat, or monitor any health condition. For health concerns, consult a qualified professional.

3. Alarms

We work hard to make alarms reliable, but you are responsible for verifying that your device, permissions, volume, and Do Not Disturb / focus settings allow alarms to ring. We are not liable for missed alarms caused by device settings, OS behavior, or hardware.

4. Purchases

The app is free to download. An optional one-time Premium purchase removes ads and unlocks extra features. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; refunds and billing are handled under their respective policies.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the app, including reverse engineering except as permitted by law, or using it to violate the rights of others (for example, sending unwanted messages).

6. No warranty

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WELLPEACH will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including missed alarms or lost recordings.

8. Intellectual property

The app, its name, and its content are owned by WELLPEACH and protected by applicable laws. Your recordings and data are yours.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
